This is to inform you that we changed our business and legal registration name from INTEK
DIGITAL INC. to KX INTEK, INC. which came into effect from March 31, 2023, having new
registration address at 7F KX Tower, 90, Godeokbizvalley-ro 6-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Republic of
Korea.

INTEK DIGITAL has been belong to KX Group since 2017 and this change is to represent KX
INTEK, INC. as a part of KX Group who has wide business portfolio ranging from Media Content,
Broadcasting, Manufacturing of Semiconductor Devices, Security Devices to Travel & Leisure
including Golf & its Management Service.

Please note that there will be no change in business registration number, Tax ID, management team
and the range of products and services we offer and our ongoing cooperation and agreed terms will
remain the same.

Here we enclosed Certificate of Business Registration of KX INTEK, INC.
Should any amendment needed on the agreement, please let us know so that we apply this change.
